Hello

Welcome to my website.
Here you can find information about my voluntary work as the UN Youth Delegate on Sustainable Development  of Germany, my career and my personal interests.
Don’t hesitate and contact me if you have further questions or want to learn about Sustainable Development.

About “Youth Delegate for Sustainable Development”

The first time, youth was classified as an own group that is affected by issues of sustainable development was at the Rio conference in 1992.
Since the earth summit in Joannesburg in 2002 (“Rio+10”) the German Federal Youth Organisation and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety send out youth delegates, in order to participate in the political process of sustainable development within the UN.

Felix and Rebecca accompany the German governmental delegation to the United Nations in New York and meet young people in Germany to talk about sustainable development with them.

Climate change is “for many, people, regions and even countries already a matter of life or death" (@antonioguterres at @COP24Katowice ).

#FridaysForFuture reminds delegates at the @UNECE Regional Forum #RFSD2019 of the upcoming mass extinction caused by CC.

Thanks @antonioguterres for taking our demands serious and reacting with a climate summit. But please, not another convention of old people and no results...
Secret to success: include young people!

"Gleichzeitig fällt nirgendwo in der EU mehr Verpackungsmüll an als in Deutschland. Allein 2016 verbrauchte jeder Mensch in Deutschland im Schnitt 220 Kilogramm an Verpackungen."
Und die #UNEA4 hat nichts weiter als eine Absichtserklärung hervorgebracht.

SDGs can be fun!
Especially if they are implemented.
Great to exchange with @GermanyUNGeneva DPR Dr. Jugel on the contribution of the German Mission and the interlinkages to human rights, as we are in Geneva.
